For the second week of JUST MOVE 2 I wanted to focus more on mobility & general movement practitioners. I’ve explored a bunch of new things with these paintings & ended up with some “happy accidents”… This week I also have a interesting interview from my friend Hunter Cook (@hunterfitness), so please make sure you watch the video above. 👆

This painting took me to some unexpected places...enjoyed finding new ways to express the energy of movement. Painting inspired by the amazing Mark Bernacchi (@mjbernacchi)
This is the second painting of Hunter Cook for this week. I've already made about 4 paintings of him before (3 of them doing acroyoga with Diana), so I wanted to make sure I didn't repeat myself. I focused on the energy flowing around him..and that kinda led me to this:
This painting was inspired by the hard working gymnast David Durante (@davedurante)
The last painting of this week is inspired by the incredible 2x Olympic Gymnast Samuel Mikulak (@samuelmikulak)
Before I end this, I just want to ask you for a favour: if you loved these paintings, pls SHARE the goodies!
