If you have put in the wrong shipping address then we ask that you contact us immediately within 24 working hours.

If your order hasn't arrived and it's gone past the 10 working days delivery policy then please send an email to . We will do our best to get you sorted!

Please check if our courier company has posted through a calling card, you may not have been in for delivery.

I still haven't received my refund

Cancellation Policy

The majority of our products are custom-made to order for you and sent to you direct from our studio. Orders can only be cancelled by live chat or email 5pm same day of ordering.

If you have ordered outside these timescales and it's past 5pm, you can return your items for a full refund if it's within 10 days after receiving the goods.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Returns Policy

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 110M Jubilee Centre, 130 Pershore Rd, Birmingham, B5 6ND, UK.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless it's a fault caused by David Roman Art, however, we require the receipt of payment to the service you have chosen to ship the items back to us. If it's a simple return within your 10 days of receipt then shipping costs are non-refundable as this is not a fault by David Roman Art. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We ask that you insert a covering letter including your order number before shipping this item back to us. It will speed up the process of us finding out why you're returning and will allow us to process any refunds quicker than normal.
